Point Forward Project (Client: New Zealand Refining Company)

Working closely with New Zealand’s biggest refining company, Culham’s have been involved in every major NZRC project and plant shutdown since 1962.

Currently the major engineering contractor on the Point Forward Project Culham’s are installing a new furnace and associated piping. Up to sixty Culham welders are working onsite at any time. Uniquely, all work is being undertaken with the refinery in full operation, requiring the highest standard of safety and a multidisciplinary approach to avoiding unplanned service/operational disruptions.
